Steve Hodsman

A specialist school and MAT governance adviser, Steve is vastly experienced in leading system change and improvement through collaborative governance and leadership.

Chair of one of the highest performing Multi Academy Trusts in England, Steve is a high quality system leader. Having re-focussed Trust governance and leadership in 2016, he continues to oversee long-term educational and financial sustainability within the Trust.

Regularly presenting at national and regional conferences, Steve actively promotes and demonstrates how ethical, effective and accountable governance can drive school improvement.  Engaged by New Schools Network, Ambition Institute and the Confederation of School Trusts, Steve is at the forefront of delivering system wide improvement at the highest levels.

With a proven record of coaching and support to system leaders at every level, he works tirelessly to bring about the system change that underpins rapid school improvement.
