Tina is a specialist audit partner working with not for profit clients at Crowe. She acts for a number of schools and other charities. She is Head of the National Educational team ensuring the quality control of the firm’s approach to schools and overseeing both the external and internal training activities to ensure that it provides a varied programme and meets the demands of the sector. In addition, she lectures at sector body courses and provides technical support to the ESFA and sits on their working group meetings During her varied career she has advised on group structures following mergers and acquisitions, provided guidance on restructuring business activities to deal with taxable trade and undertaken forensic investigations and due diligence exercises. Using these wider experiences Tina brings a wealth of experience to advising her clients on a range of business matters. In addition to her client role Tina is a member of the Executive Team responsible for the management of the firm.
